megansirvin @vedasolh thanks! Got it. I saw that all away luggage comes with a warranty - does that transfer? And is the charging cord the one that originally came with the suitcase? It does not work with my iPhone. I can get another cord but just curious!

vedasolh @megansirvin hi! glad you got it ok. the warranty only applies to the original purchaser but I can ask what happens if I gift it to someone and if that can apply too. The cord is to connect to the little black plug, it is to charge your luggage battery. You need your own iphone cord to charge your phone. You can find the charging station at the top of the luggage, it flips open.

vedasolh @megansirvin I called Away and they said just say it was a gift and use the Order Number that I got when I bought it. They will honour the warranty even without a receipt. The order number is : R976464066
