actually_meg @mkwade9 Thanks for letting me know! I would suggest giving it a few more days as I've noticed lately USPS packages have been experiencing more delays than not. This has happened to me a few times where USPS tracking doesn't update for a few days and then suddenly will. Additionally, the travel distance between mine and your location may be a factor. Please keep me posted - I would almost give it until mid-next week and if it is still not there, we will have to reach out to Poshmark.

mkwade9 Good morning. I know you originally mentioned mid week, but the dilemma is I will be leaving within a week to return to my actual place of residence. It seems the item has not updated for almost a week and I’d rather see what can be done about the situation early, since this is unusual since I’ve had other packages make it with no problem.

actually_meg @mkwade9 I understand your frustration for sure. Would you like to take the first stab at contacting Poshmark and/or USPS? I’m not sure what more can be done from either end but that is a start.

mkwade9 I will contact Poshmark. Never had any luck with usps customer service. This was my first time using poshmark and I’m sad to say I probably won’t use it again in the future. If this item is lost or has been stolen, it makes sense that it be refunded so hopefully poshmark has protocol for situations like this.

actually_meg @mkwade9 I understand. I believe they do have protocol for non-deliveries. As a seller I am unable to issue you a refund personally for a non-delivery, otherwise I would...it has to come directly through Poshmark.
