megand1978 @eyesome Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. My Post Office Customer Service Center isn't open on the weekends, though still accepts mail for the P.O. Boxes,.....and because of the lockdown in my general area, access is restricted. I've only been going inside the Post Office once a week. Per the suggested course of action around here. It's been very frustrating. I have multiple items ordered. So far we've stayed healthy. As soon as I receive it I will acknowledge the order & do a Review.

bcea13 Hi! I just read your review and I’m saddened to hear your response. I told you that the order had been dropped off at the post office and I could not get it back. You ordered the item twice. Also when you order things separately I cannot bundle them. You have to do that before hand. Poshmark will not let me combine orders. If you want to send it back and get something else you can do that but I cannot refund you. Let me know.

It started out as: I purchased 2 items on 11/12/20, a Steady button up shirt & a necklace. You then offered me the shirt again 4 days later on 11/16/20, I'm guessing b/c I still had it listed as a "Like".

You made extra money off me knowing that an error occurred. Since all the the purchases were written up separately, it would've made it even easier to cancel the mistaken order on 11/16/20. I remember things very clearly because my birthday is on one of these dates.

She printed shipping labels and said she has shipped our packets but she never sent anything so USPS never received / scanned any item. Our tracking info are all now stuck at lusps Awaiting shipment,, shipping label created". Poshmark ended up refunding us but they paid her the money too because they treated them as "lost in shipping". Please help us report her
