I really like the blouse but it arrived very wrinkled. Just caught me off guard. Most items I receive are pressed and nicely folded. Maybe this happened during its transport to me...only reason for not giving 5 stars.

@captnova I steam items prior to taking photos. After photos are taken, items are neatly folded and sealed in their own clear bag, before being placed in a lettered tub and taken to my storage unit. my inventory is stored in a storage unit 10 miles from my apartment. When something sells, I print out labels and put them on polymailers at home, then go to storage and pull the items, seal them in their polymailers, and off they go to the post office.

The storage facility doesn’t have electrical outlets and doesn’t allow the use of anything electrical, including steamers. I’m very sorry you weren’t pleased that your item wasn’t steamed and pressed, but I have no way of doing so without adding a large amount of time and supplies.
