kyliegreseth @sustain_reclaim I’m so sorry for this accident!! I totally mixed up your order with someone’s elses. I requested a prepaid return label to have the shirt sent back to me and I’m contact with the other customer to get the fanny pack back from her. If you don’t want to wait for the fanny pack anymore and want a refund, I totally understand. I’m so sorry again!!

sustain_reclaim @kyliegreseth Accidents happen, it’s okay! I really want my fanny pack so I can wait. Is there any way to have the person who received it send it directly to me and I’ll send along this shirt to it’s proper recipient? (Probably not, but I thought I’d ask.)

Unfortunately I don’t know how to go about that since one sale was on poshmark and the other was on depop :/ also I think the return label automatically has my name and address on it as well. But I’ll update you when I hear back from the other person and give you updates on tracking!

Just an update that the other seller still hasn’t received the fanny pack...at this point, I’m just going to assume it’s lost :( If somehow I end up getting the fanny pack back, I’ll reupload it to my closet and let you know but at this point, I’m doubtful that I’ll get it back. so sorry for this and thanks for being patient throughout this time!

sustain_reclaim @tuffcloset I just now have seen your message and I am not allowed to simply “cancel” the order because Poshmark only allows that option within 3hours of purchase and it has now been 4 hours. I have reached out to Poshmark support for help but I need you to figure this out from your end.

tuffcloset Sorry Meg! I can not access the old store listing and therefore can’t access any information on mailing to you or receiving payment. The old store listing was only up a day or so before I changed the name and posh cancelled and changed to the existing page. I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to get the old listing. I have sent an email also to Poshmark requesting assistance. Let me know if you hear back and I will do the same. Again sorry for the confusion. Thank you for your patience.
