okusrname @bodiesbyjill I'm sorry you're upset with your purchase. I noted the size of the shoes in the listing, but it's not possible to guarantee personal fit, or variations in manufacture sizing. That's why Poshmark policy excludes fit as a reason for return, and also makes it simple for members to re-Posh items that weren't a good match for them, personally. Hope this helps!
