sea_la_vie hi there! I just saw your comment for the coach bag- I apologize I have been away due to a medical emergency and my husband has been taking care of everything. I will look around for the zipper pull because that should not have been missing (I bought it brand new with tags) - if I find it I will send it to you ASAP! I also have a receipt somewhere or can speak to the store I bought it from to see if they can give me a certificate of authenticity to send to you! 🥰

meganselvey @littlelangxo its okay!! I understand!! I would LOVE the zipper pull if you happen to find it!!... after some research, I found out that the serial number authenticity label is shown on the inside detached pouch... don't worry about that at all!!
