I was going to counter, but since today is Closet Clear Out, I think what works well for both of us is that, instead of negotiating through the Offer feature, I could just lower the listing price to $27, which then would qualify for reduced shipping ($4.99 instead of $6.49) and is just about what you initially offered ($.50 difference or so).
