Just for future reference, it is a good idea to make sure you have the means to pay for an item before submitting an offer for it.

@megsbee26 When you keep submitting the same offer for an item and Posh keeps saying your payment method has been declined, then you continue to submit that same offer over and over again without being able to pay for it, is just considered Spam. And that is why you have been blocked.
No one likes obnoxious Spammers like you.
