lillyhends @meganmartin56 So sorry to hear you're unhappy w. your purchase! 😢 I've always received 5/5 on my feedback&I promise the listing was true - I pride myself on my closet's authenticity - the dress was never worn. It's 2 sizes too big for me. I apologize for the inconvenience & for missing this detail! This was listed 9/15 & it's possible that it snagged on it's lace or that of another clothing item in storage. If it's loose, it should still close, just be gentle. ♥️
