seababe Hi Megan, i just received a note from PM that you opened a case however it did not give any details. Please contact me with the problem and I'm sure it can be resolved satisfactorily for you. I just started selling on here about a month ago so I'm not familiar with how things operate as far as you being dissatisfied with your item. I do know that we can work out a resolution regardless. I'm sorry you were not happy but I will do whatever you'd like to.
