I am so sorry to hear that. I sent them FedEx overnight. Do you have a box at FedEx when I researched the tracking number (991203721550) it gave me the he following......
Package Ready to be picked up at 101 S Shackleford Rd. I’m so sorry for the confusion not sure why the package just didn’t get delivered to your home directly. It has been there since May 19.
