So, I just wanted to extend a thousand apologies....I noticed on your review you mentioned the shipping time, and that you were worried the Clarisonic wasnt ever going to arrive. I don't blame you and you are far morepatient than I would have been, for sure. I had 9 orders to mail out last week and I THOUGHT I gave everyone a heads up on the delay; I am so sorry you were overlooked.

jchapp2006 @ megjaco The thick of it is that I have a teenage daighter who has been having some psych issues we cant seem to get under control and last week she was put on a mandatory 72 hr hold; needless to say, I fell way behind on my obligations. I am sorry I didnt get you the message in advance, but I do REALLY appreciate your patience, regardless. Thank you.

megjaco @jchapp2006 don't worry about it! Family is far more important! I wouldn't have even mentioned the shipping time except that my credit card was charged before I got the Clarisonic, which always makes nervous. That's more of a Poshmark thing though. Good luck with your family's health!
