chic_butterfly @curleq7 Great question and one I struggled with too! All photos being uploaded onto Poshmark do need to be in a square format so there are two suggestions I have:

chic_butterfly @curleq7 1) Your android phone should have an option for taking square pics. This is what I now do. 2) There are free apps for Android such as Pic Stitch that will allow you to make a square collage with your pictures. I used to do this using pics of the front and back of the garment but now find it easier to just take a square photo. Hope that helps!

curleq7 @bolder21 Hi! They were shipped on April 27th. The tracking number shows all tracking on the item. You can see the tracking number in you order details. It appears on the tracking that they were delayed in one of the USPS distribution centers.

curleq7 @bolder21 if you look under your purchases in the app it will show when they were shipped as well as the usps tracking number. I can see the tracking number and hen I look at the order in the app. I don’t have your email bc poshmark doesn’t share that info. I can contact poshmark and ask them to send you the info if that helps. But first, look at your orders in the app and click on the shoes. The tracking number shows up when you click on shipped.

curleq7 @bolder21 poshmark did send two emails about the usps shipping delay. Looks like one was sent 6 days ago that the item was delayed and one was sent yesterday stating they are almost to you. Did you receive those emails???

curleq7 @bolder21 that’s very strange. It is posted in the app under the order and in all the emails I received from Poshmark. I have reached out to Poshmark customer service and requested they send you all the information. I apologize for the USPS delay. It does appear to be close to you via tracking and so hopefully you’ll get it soon.

curleq7 @bolder21 Hi. Poshmark just replied to my email to them and asked that you reach out to them. Also, I just checked tracking and it shows the item is now in your state so hopefully you’ll receive them soon. I will check back in with you once I see them marked as out for delivery. Thanks.
