Hi! You bought the Elios dress from me.
I’m simply shocked at the review because there was no stain when shipped and no cobwebs or dust… it was stored in my closet hanging on a hanger. I would never sell anything in that condition! Are you sure you have reviewed the correct item???

@derbycloset yes I’m certain- there are two stains down the front of the dress like someone dropped spaghetti sauce or something else that would make an orangish stain and it hit two spots on the dress. I pre-treated it and washed it in an attempt to see if it would come out because I like the dress, but no dice. 😕

@mtw816 odd that nothing shows in pics or was there when packaged. I have only ever received 5 stars in my years of selling and would never have sold anything in that condition. Spaghetti sauce like stains are hard to miss in pics or in person.

@derbycloset I can send you a picture but I don’t think it will let me load a picture on here. It is what it is. People make mistakes and miss things at times. It’s not like fluorescent orange or anything. One stain is in the vertical blue stripe on the bust and is only visible in the white part of the pattern. The other is about 3 inches below the horizontal blue stripe and is more visible because that part of the fabric is more white than blue.

@derbycloset It looks like it was stained and washed before it got to me, so I didn’t have much hope for rewashing it, but I tried. I may try one more time with a different stain remover, but I’ll just cut my losses at that point.
