I'm limited on characters so I'm going to not go into extreme detail but ask me any question and I'll get back to you 💗 Basic healthy juice for cleansing skin issues and something kids will drink: carrot, apple, &a ginger (less ginger for kids). This is amazing and was a best seller when I managed a juice bar. Carrot & beet juice will literally eat away belly fat in a few weeks and will nourish you.

meganlovelight @mykidsmom04 more additions to juices or smoothies: MUSHROOMS 🍄 we assimilate and jive with mushrooms better than herbs. Reishi for workouts, stress, heart, oxygen. Cordycepts for stress, weight loss, energy. Lions mane for brain/memory, and it freaking is amazing at rebuilding telomeres in the brain (goodby dementia). Shiitake for immunity. Turkey tail for immunity and it literally kills cancer.

meganlovelight @mykidsmom04 one more lol. HEMP is incredible. If you get a hemp protein powder with the seed and the whole, it will give you not only protein but fiber. Fiber is essential to cleaning out your intestines. Without fiber you do not actually cleanse your system. When I think if more I'll add more but please ask if you've got more ?s. My background is working in natural foods and for s holistic dr so I could talk allll dayyyy lol

At some point I intend to get back into it but right now I'm ok with putting it on hold. We literally don't leave the house other than for the occasional bike ride around the neighborhood or trail.

It looks like we're in a sort of 'new normal' in CA now, so I decided to come back. My fam quarantined early on March 1, so today is Day 50 for us 😱 It's getting crazy lol. Glad to go outside in the sun. Selling will be there when this is over. I'm glad you can put it down and not worry about it!!! 💗❤️💗
