Hi there! I just got a reminder from Poshmark telling me I needed to ship your item. However, it had already been dropped off at the Post Office and I’m not sure why it isn’t tracking. I submitted at inquiry to them letting them know it had already been shipped. I just wanted to give you a heads up! I’m so sorry- I was so shocked when it said it was pending shipment!!

Megan, I am so sorry to tell you that one of your ornaments lost a foot during packaging. I am happy to cancel the order, or put $12 in the box to compensate for the damaged one.
