acschaum Hi Megan! I'm so concerned that you did not receive your item. Poshmark's system shows that you did. This has never happened to any of my orders, and I sent it right away. Have you reached out to Poshmark? Please let me know the details so I can see if I can help- especially since they have released the funds!

megmcginn1 @acschaum yes i am very upset. Can you confirm where you shipped the item to? It was never delivered and there is nothing on my tracking info to say what address it went to or if anyone signed for it.

acschaum @megmcginn1 tracking shows delivery in October 4th at 4:09pm. Address is in New York, NY. I will reach out to Poshmark as well, but I think you should too. They will be able to investigate. I'm so sorry you don't have it! I don't know what happened.

acschaum @megmcginn1 did you get a tracking email at all when it shipped? Normally the seller and the buyer should get one.

megmcginn1 @acschaum yes I did get a tracking email and showed it to my doorman but he said that there should be someone on it that signed for the item when it was delivered but there isn’t. We looked through the mail for the entire building for it but nothing :(

acschaum @megmcginn1 that's terrible! I just sent posh an email. Do you know if your address is correct in the system? I changed my address recently when we were gone for the summer and one of my packages got sent to the old address. Poshmark should get back to us. I just hope someone can find the package because it's such a lovely shirt!! 😘

acschaum Hmm, that's strange... another option is to reach out to the postal service in case there's anything they can do. Did you email posh as well?

acschaum @megmcginn1 Yay, I'm so glad! Unfortunately I've experienced shipping issues, as a buyer, and it's frustrating. However, unless the seller hasn't shipped the item, it's usually an issue with the postal service, not the posher! Thankfully Poshmark is always helpful to intervene and fix what they can- whether that be in refunding money or assisting the buyer with information. I hope you enjoy that shirt! I kept the other size I ordered and love it!! ☺️
