Hi your beautiful Sherri Hill dress will ship in the AM due to illness I am closing out my closet all at great deals (as you got). Also sent an extra gem in a small ziplock bag in the dress bag outside pocket. I sent it on the hanger because it kept the dress from Creasing just be careful using a sharp object and opening the top too deeply. Thank you
