rainydayshopper @cheekychooks I have 11 at the moment. Though the girls keep going broody, we are not having more chickens with fuzzy feet. With free rangers, (they have a few acres) their feet have issues at times with all those feathers! How about you? Oh, I assumed the humans were cheeky too...those are the best kind of humans! (grin)

cheekychooks @rainydayshopper 😄 We have 13 right now, only 2 of ours have feathered feet. One of our girls went broody a few months ago and we don't have a roo, so we gave her day old chicks, which was the best thing we ever did! If we had more land we'd have a few more! They are so funny and wonderful. 🐔

rainydayshopper @cheekychooks We have three roos...they were from our girls’ first hatching a year and a half ago...they are rascals, but pretty cute. They have not yet murdered each other...so that is good. They have a lot of space. I could not find day olds when the girls were broody this year, or I would have gotten some. We had four broody at once though. Ack!

cheekychooks @rainydayshopper I'm glad your roos all get along! I can't imagine having four broody hens at once, what a pain!! We have only had 2 go broody, at different times. One was easy to break, but the other...we were going on four weeks and had tried everything! We were lucky to get chicks and have it all work out.

rainydayshopper @cheekychooks We had a few moments with the roos, but things are working out. They have about two acres they access, so there is space. Nibbles is almost four and she went broody for the first time this year for three months! I looked for the babies, but luckily she is a big fat girl so she made it through. 😂

rainydayshopper @cheekychooks SO true! I think I get to pick my first zucchini tomorrow and I am about to die of bliss. Usually I pick over 100 zucchini a year and over 1000 tomatoes....not sure how this year will shape up given this weird weather...well this is actually more like northwest weather than the past four years have been...but still! Fingers crossed for August!

cheekychooks @emouse94 Of course! This is how I do it- I take a picture of what I want for the heading (I think some people download from google too) then I share everything I want in that category. Then I create a listing with my photo as the heading- you can put whatever you want in the description and other required fields. Some people list these as not for sale but I prefer how it looks without the banner so I put it at $3. Some people but it at like $99999 or something obviously not for sale.

cheekychooks @emouse94 The only disadvantage is that if you want them to stay like that, you have to share the whole category at once. It's not the worst thing but can be time consuming! Just make sure you share the listing for the beading last so it's at the top. If you have any other questions let me know! 💕
