megprice2010 @localbinge so I need some help- I sold an item and due to some family tragedies I haven’t been able to ship it yet and I wanted to let my buyer know what’s going on. I read that you can tag them in the comments section of my sale but when I try to tag them I can’t find them and it doesn’t show up.

savvypeddler @megprice2010 you do this .. @localbinge (for me) but if they haven’t commented then sometimes it doesn’t auto pop up. So you’ll have to type our their whole user name. With the. @ sign in front.

megprice2010 @localbinge ok so if someone adds something to their bundle from my closet but they only have one thing what do I do? I thought a bundle was multiple items. Do I make an offer? I have had multiple people do this and I’m not quit sure what that means

savvypeddler @megprice2010 sometimes it’s a mistake, sometimes they are interested but still looking for other items to bundle, and sometimes they are looking for a special offer in that single item. I usually go into the bundle screen and send a message saying something to the effect of “hello, I see you bundled the Anthropologie shirt... did you see anything else you wanted to bundle? Otherwise I can send you a special offer”. ♥️
