uncorkedtours @ivana_official Am I to pay $40 for a broken item? I’m disappointed, especially with a history of purchasing. Since your item arrived in pieces, I’d think you’d care enough to have it fixed at no additional fee. It reflects poorly that your jewelry can’t survive being shipped in a stellar packing job upon your creation. Loyalty & care for your customers goes a long way. The lack of class in the measly $40 is distasteful. Since money is not the issue I’ll pay; but you’ll lose a customer.

This charge is not final, I need to see the exact damage and confirm with the customer if all stones are still there, and what number of stones need to be replaced. Also, we require the pictures to be laid flat, before shipping. These items were part of Milan FW and registered with their archives, an original price is 180 - 250, depending on the number of stones

ivana_official @uncorkedtours Every stone is unique and hand-drilled, so if it needs a stone replacement, there can be various prices for the repair, (just re-beading will cost $30 ) I'm in France for a LookBook shoot. at the moment but, as soon I return I will do my best for you. uncorkedtours @ivana_official I’ve counted the stones, there are 18 stones. I never took the necklace out of the box, I simply lifted it up for the photo for you to see the break. If there are missing stones it seems you or someone on your team sent me a broken necklace. I’ll take the necklace to my local estate jeweler (which will probably cost more than $40). I am pretty disgusted by your approach with this matter.

ivana_official @uncorkedtours After the product is moved to the post office, it's out of my hands. In this case, we will see the damaged Property Box, and communicate with the post office about insurance compensation. I ship US-wide, Europe Japan Hong Kong, and never have any complaints.

uncorkedtours @ivana_official It’s “unpleasant” that you continuously elude to your packaging being too good for an issue, with zero empathy for receiving a broken necklace. Your $40 fee with the potential of more money being owed due to possible “missing stones” adds insult and insinuation that I’m a devious customer! 18 stones is in the box. How many stones are there supposed to be? I didn’t think of possible missing stones until you mentioned it.
