uncorkedtours @ivana_official Am I to pay $40 for a broken item? I’m disappointed, especially with a history of purchasing. Since your item arrived in pieces, I’d think you’d care enough to have it fixed at no additional fee. It reflects poorly that your jewelry can’t survive being shipped in a stellar packing job upon your creation. Loyalty & care for your customers goes a long way. The lack of class in the measly $40 is distasteful. Since money is not the issue I’ll pay; but you’ll lose a customer.

uncorkedtours @ivana_official I’ve counted the stones, there are 18 stones. I never took the necklace out of the box, I simply lifted it up for the photo for you to see the break. If there are missing stones it seems you or someone on your team sent me a broken necklace. I’ll take the necklace to my local estate jeweler (which will probably cost more than $40). I am pretty disgusted by your approach with this matter.

uncorkedtours @ivana_official It’s “unpleasant” that you continuously elude to your packaging being too good for an issue, with zero empathy for receiving a broken necklace. Your $40 fee with the potential of more money being owed due to possible “missing stones” adds insult and insinuation that I’m a devious customer! 18 stones is in the box. How many stones are there supposed to be? I didn’t think of possible missing stones until you mentioned it.
