4umatthew @meganirby Hi Megan. This is just the icing on the cake to complete my challenging past few days. I took your package to Post Office today. I did not make it till close to closing, but I made it. I had 2 other packages to ship as well. Both of the other packages changed from Pending USPS Scan to Shipped except for yours🤔 I only ever had this happen once before, but from a purchase not a sale. Hopefully will change to Shipped overnight or latest tomorrow by mail pick up here after 2. When...

4umatthew @meganirby this happen w/ a purchase, 1st time package scanned it did not register, so tracking started second scan. I just spoke w/a Posh Pro & she said either that or there was a glitch with label. If the ladder is the case, package will still be shipped, just not tracked or carrier will catch glitch & have to hand scan, starting tracking then. I honestly am so truly sorry. Customer satisfaction extremely important to me, & I rarely cannot ship next day after purchase.

4umatthew @meganirby Hi Beautiful 🌻 Ok, so what happened was your package was shipped back to me with "wrong shipping box" written on box🤔 I have never had this happen before & surprised nothing was said at Post Office before shipping. I just dropped off at Post Office so should switch to "shipped" sometime today. When re-packaging I added some extra treats. So sorry for the inconvenience of taking so long.
