Hi, I’m very sorry that you received S/P instead of S. I did show all correct measurements in the photos but I thought it was a Small. I wish you would have contacted Poshmark or me before giving a bad rating and negative feedback. This was a mistake that will be fixed. Even though mistakes happen, we should be given the chance to make the buyer happy. This is my 1st bad rating in 18 years I have been selling online.

I agree and apologize. I wasn’t sure of the process until Poshmark explained to me. I would like to resolve the issue at hand and change the rating, if possible.

@megan3375 thank you. I’m pretty new to Poshmark so I would just follow the steps and options that are available. Please let me know how that goes and if there’s anything I can do to make sure you’re satisfied. As far as ratings, you are given 30 days to make changes. So sorry for the inconvenience!
