medge8686 @a0bretz A rating is representative of the overall transaction. I reserve 5 star ratings for transactions I feel are really above and beyond in communication, packaging, etc. This is at the buyers discretion. A four star rating is a good rating. Frankly, the fact you are chasing me down because you feel entitled to a five star rating, proves out a four star rating was appropriate. The item was as ordered. The transaction was as it should be. Four stars.

a0bretz @medge8686 thought I’d add... I really didn’t chase you down. This is how many communicate regarding orders. Second, I was genuinely curious because I wanted to know if the quality of the top was less than I advertised. I actually take a great deal of pride in the quality of which I sell. I’ve received items that were far less quality than what was being advertised. Have a good day.
