megetuck @aherzberg Unfortunately, it seems it is too late to open a case as it is more than 72 hours after delivery. I was traveling and just arrived home today to find the wrong item sent.

aherzberg @megetuck I would still contact Poshmark to explain because they are prepared to send out re-shipping labels to get the items to the correct recipients.
