joannap96 @megangoossen hi! If you want to open a case for the order I believe poshmark will send both you and the other buyer the correct label so that you can send the packages to each other! I am in touch with the other buyer and she is hoping to do this! This has never happened to me before so I apologize for the inconvenience!

megangoossen @joannap96 From what I can find on the website, the seller must contact poshmark support and click on the "what can I do if I sent the wrong item to a buyer" or "what can I do if I swapped orders" link.
