sparklestorm12 Hey,idk how it's possible that the headphones don't work,I've never even opened the box,I did order 3 sets from the Fabfitfun sale,I do remember them being tricky to connect but only the first initial pairing ,try looking it up on the Cylo website,or YouTube for a tutorial!
