antmeg2021 @tez213 it was but I restarted the whole thing and now it won’t let me log on to my wifi it said it’s connected but says something about a mac address we don’t have a mac and it is getting aggravated

tez213 @antmeg2021 the MAC address is what is on the wifi router itself that probably needs to be entered, but you were able to open it I take it? Last time I turned it on it didn’t ask me for a passcode that I can remember.

antmeg2021 @tez213 Once I did the hard factory reset I started setting it up but it won’t let me do anything says it is connected to my wifi and yes there was a 4 digit passcode it asked me for and now I can’t use it

antmeg2021 @tez213 meaning the nook all I did was factory reset it it won’t let me go any further like I said I put all my info in like eastern time and again my wifi password but says when I click continue with setup it says network problem error related occured

tez213 @antmeg2021 then your router should have a MAC address associated with it that you can type in so it will allow data to stream up and down. It appears right now it is recognizing the signal but needs access
