threads4living The account you purchased the Golden Goose sneakers from is a scam account! If it has been over 8 days since you purchased, click on Problems/Inquiries at the very bottom of your purchase page of the item on Poshmark. There is an option to cancel. I'd do that asap. The sellers comments are a big red flag. There are tons of these closets that all look the same and are scamming people of their money. Never purchase from a new account with zero feedback/love notes from customers. 🙁

threads4living @mhelvey0986 Go to the purchase on your account and scroll down to the very bottom. Click on Problems/Inquiries. The option to cancel is there. Hope this all works out!

threads4living @mhelvey0986 Tap on the tracking number. Does it show as scanned in at the facility? The seller may have printed the label, which shows up as shipped, but not really unless USPS has scanned it.

threads4living @mhelvey0986 If it has shipped, the process takes a lot longer. Still send Poshmark support a message under the Problems/Inquiries on order. Message them that you purchased from a scam account. Photo shot any conversation with the seller. Also reach out to USPS and ask for information on the package. The sellers address, your address they have on package, and the type of package. Is it a paper envelope, poly envelope or box and ask for the weight too! All of this will help you with your claim.

threads4living @mhelvey0986 I forgot to mention that by tapping on the actual tracking number, it will take you to the actual USPS site. If it does not show that it has been scanned in by USPS, then hurry and message Poshmark support to cancel. Praying this all makes some sense!

threads4living I just reread the sellers comments. Definitely screen shot that conversation. There is no such thing as checking logistics company! The scammer is stalling for time.🤨
