Hi unfortunately somehow it had a hole in the bottom right corner like the size of a softball and when it arrived (I'm guessing from being in the mail) the wire at the bottom was all twisted and I tried really hard but couldn't untwist it so my daughter didn't want to wear it like that. I'm sure it wasn't your fault just from going through the mail I would guess.
