amber2286 Hello fellow Posher! Congrats on your BIG WIN!!!! That’s so exciting, I won a few months ago and got some great deals. My best advice is check to see when the Poshmark credit expires and be smart with your free money. Be sure to “bundle” stuff from a few closets or even one would be great. megpog @jkenzibop hi there- just saw this. I am so sorry to hear this! I was not aware they were separate sizes. I bought them at a a Nordstrom outlet. I do not own any other pairs or sizes of the shoe. The best bet would be to contact poshmark customer support to see if a refund/return can be arranged. Let me know if you need any help contacting them

megpog @jkenzibop There is no way to initiate a return on poshmark unless it is through their customer support. There is physically no way I can facilitate a return in app - it’s not built with that option
