charlotterose14 Sorry and shocked to see your rating and hear you’re less than satisfied. The description of the “unwearable damage” you give is just absolutely NOT my opinion. The only damage was the tiny hole that I mentioned and pictured. You can clearly see the waistband and belt loop area looks normal in the photos and was normal when I shipped. I bought them poshmark, listed in “excellent” condition, they were too big, and I reposted. I can even show you that original post.

charlotterose14 Perhaps the waist is simply too big, as it was for me. I did not damage these or intend to sell them damaged. If I thought they were in such unwearable shape I’d NEVER ever want to sell them to you or to anyone. I’ve never had any complaints or less than perfect sale items on here. I am truly sorry you feel that way and can’t enjoy the pants but I was upset by the rating and don’t think it’s quite fair. Hopefully you/we can try to resolve it somehow.

marimbagirl I didn't check the garment within the first 3 days that it came in and that was my fault, I get really busy during the week and put it off past the timeframe. I saw the description about the tiny hole and that does not bother me at all.

marimbagirl The rear end of the pants at the waistband has been stretched so badly that it rides up my backside so high, that its higher than the pants sit in the front. There is no way for these pants to look normal, which is a shame because aside from the stretching in the rear, the rest of the garment is fine.

marimbagirl I am not accusing you of intentionally selling pants that are damaged, rather, I am rating the garment that I received, one that I will never be able to use. It appears that the previous owner's tight belt and figure, with wear over time, really distorted the shape of the garment.

charlotterose14 @marimbagirl I understand, but poshmark ratings are actually seller ratings and not item ratings. I guess then I just wasn’t able to tell because it was too big so I didn’t realize it was actually stretched? I feel really bad about it. Are you unable to get a refund after the three days, is that it? I could actually refund you my earnings if you want, or if there’s anything else I have you’re interested in I’d be happy to make a deal.

charlotterose14 @marimbagirl I’m not sure, what do you think is best? I’m not familiar with posh’s returns but if you can, you should just because I don’t want you to have wasted that money on pants that are no good. Also, realized I actually have the regular high rise in a similar wash to what you bought that I haven’t listed yet!

marimbagirl If we did a return it would be personally arranged between us, Posh isnt involved past the 3 day approval period. If you want, we can email details, I can mail you the pants, and maybe you can send a pair back?
