annette2213 @mghnsctt I feel I need to cancel this purchase, while packing I found a faded spot on the bottom back of the dress. I will relist with pics of the spot at a lower price if still interested. So very sorry!!! Once cancelled Posh will refund you money.

famousthings You purchased the Madewell cami and when I removed it from the protective plastic in the closet where I have it stored, I noticed three faint areas marking the front of the cami. We could cancel the order, but I'm also happy to re-list it with photos and drop the price to $25 for you - it hasn't ever been worn, but I'm concerned that it rubbed against another garment stored next to it. OR I can have it dry cleaned and send it to you later? Let me know and I'm so sorry!

mghnsctt @famousthings Hi!!!! So I had this top dry cleaned but the spots didnt come out. To me, that means it was unsellable. Would I be able to get a refund? I can show you the proof that I dry cleaned it and that the spots are still there.

famousthings Just so you understand, sellers never have control over funds via Poshmark - when you make a purchase, Poshmark is the one who collects and releases funds to the seller from the buyer. They are the only ones who can charge you or refund you. But I'm happy to agree to the refund - it will require you to work it out through Poshmark customer service (I'm assuming). Just let me know!
