jolantakli Hi! I got an email today from poshmark stating there was a shipment problem but it does not specify what the problem is. I am pretty sure I used the correct shipping box etc. it also asks if I want to resend it once it comes back to me or if I would like to cancel the order. What would you like me to do? Do you mind waiting for the package for me to resend or would you prefer me to cancel so you can get a refund?

jolantakli I just got the package back in the mail. It says return to sender. Vacant. Unable to forward, return to sender. Check your address that you gave to poshmark.

mmccaskill3 @jolantakli yes sorry! I couldn’t change my address in time and the forwarding address didn’t post until after it was sent back. I’m so sorry. If you don’t mind resending it, I’ve changed my address in Poshmark to my real address

jolantakli @mmccaskill3 I contacted poshmark since I did not take pic of the tracking number or the label and they were able to locaate it. And it’s coming back to me again. I don’t think your address updated on poshmark. 😕
