ginghamgypsy Hi 👋 , I am sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. As labeled, the shoes are indeed a size nine. I would have been happy to measure them if you had requested to ensure fit. I work very hard to provide my customers with great items. I definitely take ratings and comments to heart so that I can continue to improve my customer’s experience. I wonder if you might consider changing your rating based on your experience with me as a seller, not based on fit, which was beyond my control. ♥️

Please, if u ever see something that u can’t find on Toofaced.com or Sephora or Ulta, look it up online because places like HSN.com sell sets from TooFaced that aren’t ever on sale on those other sites. Rather then putting an extra $100 in that sellers pocket, ya kno? Happy shopping!:)
