infantam @bettybootique I tried to contact you via insta, I had trouble figuring out how to do this in app. The USPS lists these as delivered, but I never received the package. I have a message into Poshmark support, but I have heard they are not very responsive. Have you been in this situation before? I’ve very disappointed as I really did like these.

bettybootique @infantam Hi! I’m sorry to hear about this. This is not good! I show that your package was delivered on the 14th - I’m not sure what could’ve happened. 🤔 Perhaps your neighbor may have picked it up? - I’m not sure... From my experience, Poskmark would allow a little more time before they step in being that it shows delivered. If you would, please do me a favor and check I’m with the neighbor, if you have one. I will reach out to poskmark support for assistance and or resolution as well. 😓😐

bettybootique @infantam Meghan, please try to track via USPS as well. The tracking number is: 9405 5108 9935 9868 6159 99. The package shipped from Las Vegas to Chicago IL. Let’s keep each other posted. Don’t worry we’ll get this resolved one way or another. ❤️

infantam @bettybootique thanks! I did ask the neighbors and they haven’t seen it. They also had a package on Saturday waiting for them, so it seems odd that only mine would be missing. I’m going to see if it shows up in today’s post.

infantam @bettybootique I got an email back from Poshmark, starting it’s likely to be a shipping issue on their part. Should they not show up by 9/21 I’m to email back for next steps. Cross fingers!

bettybootique @infantam oh wow that’s not good! 😐 Thanks for the heads up. It sounds like USPS messed up on the delivery. I shipped the package to the address listed on Poskmark assuming the postal service would do their part. I’m so sorry! Let’s give it to the 21st and go from there. Thanks again! ❤️❤️
