robin54321 I do not smoke and that has never been a complaint on my items. I do not understand how it would have smelled that way as it did not when it left my house. I apologize and would love to offer a refund as I do not sell unclean items. I hate that I have that horrible review as it is totally opposite of all of my others. I would have loved them opportunity to make it right and been asked about this to begin with. I’m sorry you were not happy with your dress.

megharmony @robin54321 I don’t know how to explain the discrepancy between your experience of the smell and mine. I don’t want to tarnish your store and yet I wasn’t sure what else to do (lie about my experience?). I love the dress... is there some other “make it right” option that doesn’t involve me having to go stand on line at the post office to return it?? If so, I wish I had known. If there is some way for us to manage this together I’m certainly open to changing the rating if that’s allowed.

robin54321 @megharmony no I would never expect anyone to lie. I just don’t understand how that happened. I am willing to refund your money, I was not expecting the dress to be returned. I just really hate that it happened.

megharmony @robin54321 I don’t want you to get zero money for the dress either. Can I change the rating? Can you refund part of the money, or refund and charge me with 30% off? I apologize for not being more informed on how it works.

robin54321 @megharmony I don’t mind. I want my customers on here to be 100% satisfied. My worry is why it happened and now I’m worried about the other items I shipped that day because there were several. I have just never had this issue before and no matter how it happened you ended up with it that way and you do not owe me an apology for that. I messaged someone at Poshmark and I’m working on getting it issued to you. I promise I’m totally ok with it. I’m so sorry.

megharmony @robin54321 You’re so kind. And I don’t mind just leaving things as we have them either! I’ve enjoyed buying things on Poshmark but I’ve found it to have sort of a high learning curve. I wasn’t sure when I left the original star rating if it was just between us or what. Anyway, the dress is beautiful and I have it airing out. It’s unfair for you to lose your income because it was in some smoker mail carrier’s bag or something.
