bettythegrump @ruth000001 - thank you! It baffles me that some people don’t know how to package makeup safely - this one woman literally toss three palettes into a big padded envelope and was surprised when I filed a claim because one was ruined.

I know you can get your money back but still, if you had your heart set on an item then it’s just so disappointing and frustrating.

bettythegrump @ruth000001 - tell me about it. Because of that woman I am really leery - if someone has multiple items sold and little or no reviews, I most likely will not order. PoshMark doesn’t allow you to leave any feedback if you have a bad experience because of something a Posher did or didn’t do so there’s no way to warn others.
