luco79 Hi Meghan, I'm not sure what has been going on with the shipping label, but I have not received it. That is the reason why I have not been able to ship your new bag. Just this morning I checked again and sadly it hasn't generated still. I sked for a new one and I'm hoping that I will receive one soon. I never had this issue before.
