This is tight on me, I usually wear a medium and this was the only 1 left and I didn't try it on. I think it's perfect for a 6 even ok for a tiny bit bigger if they don't mind tight. You will love it, my problem is my chest and it didn't feel comfortable for me with a really large chest. I needed a M
