Good evening. You purchased my floral jumpsuit but it was returned today with a notice saying not a deliverable address. It tracked all the way to the address on the shipping label. Not sure how to handle this situation.

@v208v the notice says return to sender, no mail receptacle, unable to forward, return to sender. The address on the shipping label is 7857 Elmore Rd

@v208v the shipping label was returned by usps. They said the address is not a Deliverable address. USPS says this has nothing to do with Poshmark-the issue is the delivery address. Have you had other items delivered to this address?

@v208v I tried to cancel the order and I also tried to release the payment. Neither worked-it says it requires Poshmark approval after it's shipped. I've emailed through Poshmark help. You may want to do the same.

@hollysmith2017 ok. I have contacted Poshmark support but have heard nothing back, I am not sure where to go from here. Do you think there is anyway you could try and re send the package, or possible try using a different postal company?

@v208v I can try to resend through usps but because I've already used this label they won't ship again without additional charges. That's is how Poshmark charges the shipping and it's already been taken out of my portion of the purchase so I'd actually be losing money if I reship. I'd say we should wait until Poshmark responds with directions.
