Hello there, I shipped your item 2 days ago and it hasnt processed yet for some reason. I am not sure why they haven't scanned it, I will keep you updated. The only reason I can think of is that it exceeded the 5 pound limit.

Delayed posting of tracking had happened with me recently, when I shipped an item and knew USPS was in possession of package. I believe a day had gone by before USPS started tracking movement of the package and post receipt of package.

Hi, thank you for my dooney & Bourke bag purchase. I am soo heartbroken as I went to get it out of where it was stored I noticed a stain on the front part. It’s an odd stain idk if color rubbed off from pressing against something. I obviously would never send something damaged so I wanted to let you know. I will post some pictures of it and if you’re interested I can sell it to you for more than half off & I can cancel this order you placed.

I am so upset as this bag has its dust bag but after taking the pictures for poshmark I put it away without it. Like I said I only used this bag maybe 5 times after purchase so everything was in store condition 😢

@coralhues Hi! It looks more like color transfer, almost like a water mark. It definitely isn’t mold. I can’t find an explanation for what it could be as all the other bags in my closet next to it are completely fine. The material is very sensitive, so it’s hard to pin point what could’ve happened.
