er1n123 Hi Mel - I wanted to follow up and ensure you saw that your case for return of the sweater was approved. I’m not sure you saw the case comments I provided but I was horrified to see the condition you received the item in! Yikes!!!! I think that it was damaged in transit - perhaps via the tissue paper it was wrapped in. Apologies for the disappointment since it is such a cute item. Thank you for letting me know!
