emao14mel @micaya5 I actually do have a question. Have you ever received a completely unfair rating on a sell, if so what can be done about that? I’m guessing nothing. The items I sent an individual were practically new, one of them had never been worn, she gave me two stars. This is the first time anyone has done this to me.

micaya5 @emao14mel Hey Mel... no fortunately not. However I have had someone send me something "new" but smelled of cigarettes and it had make up on it. Assuming because they tried it on. Did you ask the buyer? Maybe it was a typo unless they left you a comment?

emao14mel @micaya5 I would if I could, she has zero listings for comments. No one in our household smokes, and the packaging was neat and colorful wrapped in tissue paper with a pretty poly mailer that had a nice design. I wish there were an option to ask by responding to a rating.

micaya5 @emao14mel if you share the sold item directly to the buyer. You can then go to your bundle at the right hand corner of your home page and create a private conversation thread with them. Maybe it was an error or you could find out the source of their issue. Hopefully it helps. Buyers do have the option to modify their ratings.

micaya5 @emao14mel no, you go your closet..share the item she purchased but instead of followers you would @ her name and it shares to her only. Then you would go to your bundles and you would see her name and the item. There is an area to comment within the bundles that is private. Be sure to @ her username before typing so she can get notifications of ur message to her...

micaya5 @emao14mel I'm sorry you had to experience this. I just remember I did have one. But I ended up reselling it and got a 5☆ rating. Sometimes there are a few bad apples. Like you, I pride myself on selling quality or I'm not selling it and I also ensure full disclosure of flaws. The good apples outweigh the bad. Keep me posted on the outcome!
