Hi, I don’t understand your rating comments. I’m a fast shipper-shipped your item the very next morning U placed your order as soon as my post office. In addition, it’s a brand new purse with tags and was wrapped nicely with brown filler paper inside to keep the bag in shape, a double foam protector on the exterior of the purse and well wrapped inside of a small priority shipping box. I’m just speechless by your comments. I always go above and beyond. You sure you got the right seller?

Hi, sorry you thought the box was too small, I didn’t think the box was that small, I did place brown filler paper inside to keep it from scraping on the box, and not sure what you’re talking about black scuffs on the bottom, as I didn’t see any when it was shipped!
