Hi! You recently bought a World Market beaded necklace from me. I have all my items in a storage and when I went to go get it, to pack it up, and ship it, all the beads came loose from the thread. I feel so embarrassed i had to cancel your order. I hadn’t checked the condition of the necklace since I had originally listed it. I’m really sorry :(

Hi, Pam! I’m so sorry about the delay in your tracking information! I started just dropping packages off at the drop off bins instead of the counter and I have noticed a HUGE delay in scanning for shipment! I will be going back to dropping packages off at the counter; I dropped your package off three days ago! 😩 I hope the tracking starts soon, and if not, I will get in contact with USPS.
