Hi! You bought the koala kids shoes from me earlier today. I just got them out of our storage area and they do look like they have been worn once or twice. I am so, so sorry! It is just the bottoms of the shoes that have dirt as is shown in the pic. I don't remember why I put NWOT...maybe sleep exhaustion. Let me know if you want me to refund, send other shoes or proceed with maybe something for your little gal in the package! I feel awful! Thank you!
