katzkoz @melaniejwhaley Sure....as far as the emojis go...the 1st time U list Ur item with emojis they will turn into ??. So, go back in and EDIT and delete the?? And replace with what U want. Then just re-LIST it again. Should come out the way U want it. If U lower the price or edit it again...it will replace them with ???. Just repeat process.

melaniejwhaley @katzkoz it's me again with another question. I ordered boxes online to ship my items in. I just shipped an item and it was not excepted because the shipping fee was $25. I accidentally used a Priority Express box😢 What do I need to do? Will I have to wait on it to come back then resend it in the correct box? I can't believe I messed up so bad. I emailed posh support earlier today but haven't heard back from them.

Make sure U contact the buyer and let them know it was an honest boo boo and they were right to not accept it. Uve already contacted Posh & it takes about 2-3 days to get ACTUAL response. So...

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley So...what will happen is they will send U another label and tell the buyer that too. Maybe add some candy or gift as a "I'm sorry" to Ur box. If U use those Express boxes or any other that are not Priority....just tape over or mark out those words on the boxes. The Post office has no way of knowing otherwise. A lot of times I use them and using brown wrapping paper to cover them. Dollar Store carries the roll of paper

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley So don't worry about it that much. Just a mistake. They'll understand. I sent a package to the wrong Posher and then theirs to the other Posher. It was a mess! I freaked out! Posh just sent them labels to send it to the other Posher and resent it. But..... One Posher didn't want to send it back! She kept it & sent something else! Nasty! SHE'S BLOCKED!👎👎👎

So should I tell them I will get them sent back out to them in the correct box. Unless they cancel the order. Oh well, I went online a little bit ago and ordered the correct boxes! Lol

I've known most of mine for years from going there....mainly cause once Ur hired by them....nobody wants to leave! I even gave Christmas gifts to them (4). I actually did just about the same thing & Gayle (P.O. lady) told me about it. She just taped over it. So, Ur other package just might go thru as Priority. Ya never know

I usually send the package with my boyfriend since he works in town and I don't so it saves us some time. The post office we go to closes at 4 so it's not very convenient at all. Great idea about getting friendly with them...I'm sure it would pay off .

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley yea....don't like the cluttered look. I use a Nikon L840 camera but U can use Ur phone too. Doesn't matter. Use a white sheet or something white for the background. Either outdoor lighting or good inside. Use Ur camera angles to get it the way U want. In PHOTO GRID, U'll see Ur pic in the GRID. Use the DRAW. Feature. Several sizes or widths to use. Pick WHITE color send Draw around the unemployment.

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley Get a "stylus" pen (a $1 in any Dollar Store) & practice wiping everything out except Ur item. Save. Try playing around with the LIGHTEN & CONTRAST features. They work hand in hand a lot of times. U can use the EFFECTS icon and play around with that. It's basically playing around with Photo GRID. I've been using it almost 3 years so I always find something new to use in it. Practice over the Easter Weekend. Happy Easter too❗❗❗❗🔵🔵🔵🔵

melaniejwhaley @katzkoz those are great tips! Thankfully I just got a new phone with 21 megapixel camera and it takes excellent photos because my digital camera bit the dust. I will definitely test out the photo grid app because fitting some items in the frame are impossible. I usually try to take my pics with plenty of natural light so it shows the true color of the item😊

melaniejwhaley @katzkoz you know the package I shipped in the wrong box well I'm wondering about it because I haven't got it back yet. It was delivered and not accepted on April 13, I would have thought it would be here by now. Is it possible it went to post office where I sent it from? The box had my return address so I figured it would come back to my home? Any thoughts?

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley Yes....not to worry!. IT TAKES A LOOOOOOOOOOONG TIME! Happened to me. Sometimes it even gets lost by the Post Office! Happened to me! Everything's happened to me! Why me?!? But, I now know what to do! If the PO looses it, then Posh reimburses both parties both seller and buyers happened to me! If it gets damaged Posh does the samething.

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley When it's "denied request returned" ....that takes the longest! It goes from one place to the other. That's why it's best, next time, to let them accept it (not in Ur case when there had to be more money applied) and then let Posh send them a new label instead. I'm telling you....,.there are NIT WITH at the Post Office!!!! .....except mine, of course.

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley Hi....Posh changed the app again. So now, on Ur phone, the BUNDLE BUTTON is really close to the SHARE button . It's too close. So they may have clicked on the BUNDLE BUTTON by mistake. 9 times out of 10 that happens. If it's a REAL bundle, U would know when they check out.. They will either simply checkout or make an offer on the bundle. U'll know.💕💕

But, like I told U, I had the same thing happen but the Posher I mailed the wrong package to...kept the real shoes & sent another pair to the right Posher. Dishonest. She's blocked! My place is a ness, didn't take care of cats and there was KITTY LITTER IN THE TUB! My toilet was empty of water...what does that tell U? He came over for more money! It took me 4 hours to clean up when I got back. NEVER AGAIN!

melaniejwhaley @katzkoz oh no that really sucks! I would have been so upset too. Especially when your paying them to take care of your babies! It it makes you feel any better I have had a horrible past two nights. My Schnauzer Molly was sick throwing up and I had to leave her overnight at the vets and I have never spent a night away from her. And just found out I have to go clean a cabin today too. Maybe tomorrow will be better!

melaniejwhaley @acgolf I know he is so cute. We just had a friend ask us if we wanted her one year old schnauzer. She is cute and looks similar to your boy with the floppy ears. We're are just worried our girl Molly won't be happy about it so we haven't decided yet. I just worry that they won't bond because of the big age difference. Molly is 9 and the little rescue is only 1.

katzkoz @melaniejwhaley Hey girl...yes, U can use the BUNDLE feature when U bundle something like 2 items. Instead of clicking on BUY click on add to bundle or bundle. Then when U finally go to purchase, everything will be there. U'll pay one shipping fee as long as it's in the same closet. I think they're working on buying from different closets and getting one shipping price but I'm not sure. Good shopping!👍👍👍🌼🌸🌼
