Hi Audrey, thanks so much for sending out the bracelets - the brown one is fine but the black one is defective. The screw that holds the bracelet shut doesn't work - the metal has a hole in it at the base, which may be the problem, but not repairable! Do you have another black one to send a replacement? I've never handled a defective item through poshmark, so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks!
